Dear all

Saturday is coming up! Now I want to say a lot of things and find myself not being able to say a thing!

in fact, the workshop is about that struggle, not being able to say something, and yet, there is so much to express. And that is where sound and movement and rhythm enters, and doing something with your moth besides forming language. The workshop is about getting the river to flow. The flow is not the destination, and yet, no destination is reached without flow. And sometimes, we get stuck in a destination, because we lack flow.

Flow is something that touches you, yet you cannot grab it. It steers you, yet you cannot control it. This workshop is about enabling the flow, and then about swimming within that flow. And guess what, i don't have words for you about it, nor exercises, nor traditions. What i have is silence, and then a sound. And from there..
